I know a lot of people have been asking where I got my living room rug, kitchen Table, and chairs.
I got them all at www.allmodern.com.
When we moved into our house last January, I didn't really know what my interior design wanted to be. I obviously didn't care then, because it was our first house were renting and I was pregnant. The last thing you want to do while pregnant is furniture shop...
Anyways long story short, I hated what I had. I wanted to spice up my house a little bit. I didn't have a dining set, and I HATED everything I saw. I wanted something modern, and wood. I also wanted a pop of color (which my husband hates). I saw this table on Pinterest, and I fell in love.
I really wanted coral chairs, but I fell in love with the light blue. It's a perfect size for our kitchen, and it came together perfectly.

Now with my rug, I wanted a tribal looking/bohemian/colorful one. My whole house is hardwood floor, except the master bedroom. I wanted something large, but RUGS ARE SO EXPENSIVE! I had a hard time looking for a large size and not too pricey. I found this beautiful one, and it makes everything come together.

first blog post. The last time I wrote a blog was about my experience of being a nanny in New York. That was three years ago, and a lot has changed. I thought I'd write about my life now, as a wife, and mother.

I'm a full time Mama, born and raised in Utah. Utah will always be my home, and for right now, this is where we stand. You'll hear a lot about Nixon (my 7 month old) and Alex (husband). People that live outside of Utah, think Utahans are all crazy Mormons. Well yes, I am mormon. And no, my husband doesn't have five wives. We all are a little bit crazy, aren't we? I love Utah, and right now is my favorite time of the year. Fall. If you haven't been to Utah, I highly suggest coming through the months of June-October.

Here are some of my favorite things to do in Utah:
1. Ski
2. Spend a week at Lake Powell
3. Canyon Drives, anywhere in the mountains
4. Golfing
5. Night fishing with my husband
6. Camping at Fish Lake
7. Shopping at Park City
8. Drive In movies
9. Hiking Goblin Valley
10. Boating in the summer

1. Einsteins Bagles
2. Davanza's - Park City
