I've really been trying to eat better, and lose some of this baby weight. I didn't gain much, but I would just like to be where I was before I got pregnant. Especially if were going to have more kids, which is not for a another year or two. I mostly just want to feel better in my body, and not eat out everyday (yuck).
Keto is a all healthy fat diet, and no carbs. It's mostly lots of veggies, and meat. Which I love, I can have butter. You can have some fruits, mostly just berries. My husband is allergic to all fruits, so he can eat a lot of what I make for this diet. I think the hardest part of this diet for me, is snacking. I love to snack, and this diet, your really not suppose to. BUT when you do eat, and can eat as much as you want.
I made this really yummy smoothie this morning. I'm normally not a huge berry fan, but I loved it.
- blueberries
- raspberries
- strawberries
- blackberries
- half a cup of milk
